Kaitlyn is really enjoying 4th grade and being back at school with her friends, her Health Aide Nicole and her new nurse Lily. She is practicing her Braille lessons three times a week and learning to use a Braille Note. The school district has provided a Braille embosser and now we are able to Braille some of her homework and in class assignments. 

This month celebrated Kelly’s 13th birthday and we have been very involved in the Rolling Hills Middle School production of Scrooge! The show was last week.  Kerry was the co-producer and Brad painted all of the sets.  Kelly was the Ghost of Christmas Past and did a wonderful job. We are getting ready for a family Thanksgiving and want to enjoy the holidays at home this year and not in the hospital!
